ครั้งที่ผมก็เห็นคนๆหนึ่งในท้อง แต่เขาหน้าตาเหมือนตัวผมกำลังนั่งสมาธิอยู่ แต่ตัวของผมที่เห็นนั้นใสเหมือน Crystal (แก้ว) ผมสามารถพบความสุขในตัวของผมได้ ผมรู้สึกดีมาก และรู้สึก ตกหลุมรักตัวเอง เพราะไปรักคนอื่นมันผิดหวัง แต่พอตกหลุมรักตัวเองที่สัมผัสจากภายใน เขาซึ่งไม่เคยทำร้ายหัวใจผมเลย ทำให้มีแต่ความสุขผมต้องการเป็นคนดีในทุกอิริยาบถ ในทุกสิ่งที่ทำ อยากเจอสิ่งดีๆ

ผมได้นั่งนิ่งๆ แล้วภาวนา "สัมมา อะระหัง" ไปเรื่อยๆ ผมได้เห็นแสงสว่างสีขาว ผมรู้สึกว่า ร่างกายของผมเบาขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จนหายไป แล้วผมก็เห็นลูกบอลแก้วใส ความสว่างของลูกบอล เหมือนกับการที่ผมจ้องเข้าไปในแสงแฟลชของกล้องถ่ายรูป ผมรู้สึกถึงความสุข ความสงบที่เปี่ยมล้นออกมา
